Let's start measuring what actually matters.
One of the easiest ways to get discouraged on a fitness journey is to measure your progress by one thing: the scale.
The scale can be useful—but it doesn't tell the whole story.
You can be getting stronger, moving more, sleeping better, building muscle, drinking more water and making better food choices before you see a dramatic change in your weight.
So this week, we're going to start paying attention to the bigger picture.
Your new Weekly Tracker 💗
I've created a Fittest for Fall Weekly Movement + Wellness Tracker for you to print and use each week.
And don't worry—this isn't another giant checklist you're expected to complete perfectly.
The goal is consistency, not perfection.
Here's what I want you to measure:
MOVEMENT
Write down what you actually did each day and how long you moved. Walking counts. Strength training counts. Yoga counts. Twenty minutes counts.
YOUR DAILY HABITS
Each day, check off the basics:
✓ Did I move my body?
✓ Did I prioritize protein in my meals?
✓ Did I drink at least 32 oz of water?
These little habits may not feel exciting, but repeated consistently, they're where change begins.
HOW YOUR BODY FEELS
At the end of the week, rate your:
Energy • Sleep • Stress • Strength
This is important.
Maybe the scale didn't move this week—but you're lifting heavier.
Maybe your clothes haven't changed yet—but you're not exhausted at 3 PM anymore.
Maybe you missed a workout—but you got right back to your routine instead of giving up for the week.
THAT is progress.
Your goal this week:
Print your tracker.
Put it somewhere you'll actually see it—the fridge, bathroom mirror, desk, or next to your workout clothes.
Then fill it out honestly, not perfectly.
At the end of the week, answer these two questions:
What felt easier this week?
What am I focusing on next week?
That's how we're going to approach Fittest for Fall.
We're not trying to completely transform our lives overnight.
We're building habits we can actually keep so that when Christmas gets here, we can look back and say:
I'm stronger than when I started.
Let's do this. 💗
Live a life you love. Live LYVLI.
